The weekly Wellness Group provides tailored socialization, biweekly exercise, and learning activities, fostering meaningful connections and addressing cultural needs. Through a rotating schedule, participants experience joy, purpose, and improved well-being in a culturally sensitive environment. This class aims to increase seniors’ intercultural understanding, communication, and community participation through various group activities. We offer entry-level ESL classes, multiple activities, social activities, workshops on topics that promote health and wellbeing, healthy physical exercises, table games, and arts and crafts.
